No, if you have access to the Fusion network via your existing monthly contract through a cable or satelite TV provider.

Not sure. But it’s super annoying that they don’t let you stream it from their website. You have to use an app or other non-PC device.
My Fios only has the channel in standard def (gasp!) so I’ll try it later tonight from Chromecast. I did notice there’s a Samsung TV app, so I’ll have to check on the quality of that as well.
